Our excellent volunteer staff is the key ingredient to the success of this event. Whether helping in the ticket booth, on the lawn, or patrolling the perimeter, the positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities of our volunteers help keep everything running smoothly.
If you think you might like to volunteer, please join us for a sign-up and shift placement meeting and party on Thursday, August 24, at Nutmeg’s Ojai House, 304 N. Montgomery St., from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Finger foods, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. If you wish, please bring a potluck dish to share. Let us know through the application form below that you would like to volunteer but cannot attend the meeting.
We will wait until after the meeting/party to assign shifts so as to honor the choices of our loyal volunteers from last year.
Volunteer shifts vary from 2.5 to 5 hours and will start with setup on Friday evening and Saturday morning, through the event, and clean-up Saturday night.
Each shift entitles you to access to the event. Work an extra shift and earn a ticket for a friend.
Set-up shifts can be longer, so these shifts may earn 2 tickets.
